Thank you for choosing Beauty by Paulina to be part of your special event or Wedding Day. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We look forward to creating a flawless and unforgettable experience for you.
⸻ Booking & Studio Information
• Mobile services have a minimum call-out fee of $200 plus travel.
• All other services are hosted at our home studio in Highett, VIC.
• Makeup trials are highly recommended for bridal hair and makeup. They allow us to exchange ideas, perfect your look, and ensure you feel confident and radiant on your special day.
⸻ Booking Fee
• To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.
• Payment of the deposit confirms your booking and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
⸻ Final Payment
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash or bank transfer.
⸻ Changes & Reductions
• If the number of clients or services changes:
• Less than 2 months before the event: full payment is required for any reduction.
• For event-only bookings, changes within 2 weeks of the event will still require full payment. ⸻ Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 months prior to your reserved date.
• If cancelled within 2 months, the full amount of agreed services will be charged.
⸻ Health & Safety / Liability
• Hygiene is our priority. All brushes and tools are cleaned and sterilized between each client. Disposable applicators (e.g., mascara wands) are used wherever possible.
• Clients must inform us of any skin conditions or sensitivities before the appointment. A patch test may be conducted if necessary.
• By booking, clients release Beauty by Paulina and her team from any liability for skin reactions or complications arising from the use of makeup products
⸻ Travel & Call-Out Fees
• Locations within 15 km of Highett, VIC: $50 minimum call-out fee.
• Locations beyond 15 km: $1.50 per km (all travel fees confirmed at booking).
⸻ Parking
• Clients are responsible for arranging and covering any parking costs.
⸻ Early Start Fees
• 4:00 – 5:00 am: $150
• 5:00 – 6:00 am: $100
• 6:00 – 7:00 am: $50
⸻ Punctuality
• To ensure all services run smoothly, timely arrival is essential. • Late arrivals may require shortened service times
. ⸻ Interstate & Overseas Weddings
• For weddings outside Victoria, flights and accommodation must be covered by the client. • We are happy to discuss arrangements to ensure your experience is seamless and stress-free.
